Throughout the year, BOMA Sacramento aims to provide you with the best educational opportunities to help advance you in your career.  In addition to BOMI Designation courses, we also offer timely, concentrated professional development seminars.  Taught by local experts in the field, many of whom sit on our board of directors, these 3-hour workshops offer you the forum to ask questions in an open, informative setting.  It is also a great opportunity to mingle with your peers in the property management industry.

Foundations of Real Estate Management

BOMA Sacramento is pleased to offer Foundations of Real Estate Management. This 5-module course is ideal for individuals who are brand new to the industry, as well as veteran property managers looking for a refresher course. Even Allied members will benefit from this comprehensive, “cliffs notes” overview of all that property management entails.
