Executive
President Jack Spiegelman
Resolves organizational issues that arise between Board meetings or when the Board does not convene. It provides the evaluations review of the BOMA Association Executive and is responsible for the Association’s long-range planning. The Committee members are the President, Vice President/President-elect, Secretary/Treasurer, and Immediate Past President.
Membership
President-elect Mr. Mike Wilson
Identifies, interests, and nominates individuals for membership through a coordinated program of activities, and has as its purpose the increase of membership and member retention.

Awards (TOBY)
Vacant
Disseminates information on competitions developed by the Association, BOMA International, or affiliated organizations. Publicizes and coordinates competitions to members and holds awards seminars when appropriate.
Community Relations
Mr. Mike Wilson
Public information resource for dissemination of information developed by the Association, BOMA International, or affiliated organizations. Charged with enhancing the public image, prestige, and influence of the Association in civic and business affairs and publicizing the purposes, programs, and activities of the Association to members, the commercial real estate industry, and the general public.
Education
Ms. Mary Anne Sullivan
Enhances the level of professional knowledge available to members, sponsors informative programs on new and relevant information or topics of interest, and actively works to facilitate and encourage participation in BOMA programs.
Finance & Planning
Secretary/Treasurer Claudette Russell
Audits Association accounts and advises on dues assessments, financial matters, and the formulation of the yearly Association accounts and budgets.
Government Affairs
Vacant
Works to improve conditions relative to the ownership and management of commercial real property, particularly where they may relate to municipal, state and federal legislative, code, judicial, and regulatory actions. Represents BOMA Sarcramento on the BOMA-Cal Board.
Programs

Works with officers, directors, and committees to develop a series of programs of interest to Association members and the commercial real estate industry.
Strategic Long-range Planning

Prepares recommendations for the long-range goals of the Association and brings those recommendations to the Board of Directors for approval. The Committee members are the President, Vice President/President-elect, Secretary/Treasurer, and Immediate Past President.

Provides an information source to Principal members to increase their expertise and awareness of products, services, trends, and developments from Allied members’ industries, and creates a forum for information flow from Principal members to Allied members.
