Dear Sacramento BOMA Members,
As many of you already know, from January to March of each year, BOMA International gathers office building actual income and expense data from building owners, building managers, and portfolio managers that is analyzed and published in the Experience Exchange Report.
In an effort to go “green” BOMA-International and BOMA-Sacramento will conduct the survey entirely online and won’t print the survey forms.
The 2010 EER survey is open NOW and can be accessed using this link: BOMA’s Experience Exchange Report® (EER).
The deadline to submit building information for the 2010 EER is March 31, 2010.
BOMA staff will also provide assistance to those who have historically submitted data via the printed survey form. Contact BOMA’s Research Department at (202) 326-6346 or eer@boma.org.
The online survey form is faster and easier than using the paper form. Fundamental building demographic data is stored, saving respondents valuable time because they don’t have to re-enter that data. Instead, they can proceed to update the survey form with this year’s operating income and expense information.
The online survey form is also “smart”; it will prompt respondents if they forget to answer critical questions, or if the data submitted seems amiss. And it’s convenient. Respondents can save their data and complete the form as time allows. Once it’s complete, we’ll send an automatic email confirmation. And if you forget to finish, we’ll remind you.
