BOMA 360 Performance Buildings conferred from June 1, 2009 to June 30, 2010 will not be required to complete the online renewal application or pay the renewal fee in Year Two of the designation.They will, however, be required to fulfill the mandatory, yearly requirements to benchmark the building´s energy usage through the ENERGY STAR® Portfolio Manager and share that data with BOMA International, and participate in the Experience Exchange Report survey. When applying for renewal of the BOMA 360 designation in Year Three, designees will be required to demonstrate that they have fulfilled these mandatory requirements in both Year Two and Year Three.
