Welcome to where it all happens for commercial real estate in Sacramento and the Central Valley. The Building Owners & Managers Association of Sacramento and the Central Valley (BOMA Sacramento) was founded in 1984 to actively promote and serve commercial real estate professionals in the Sacramento area. BOMA Sacramento is the region’s leading advocate for building owners and managers as well as the provider of professional development opportunities, networking events and philanthropic efforts. BOMA Sacramento represents 156,699,840 square feet of office space from Shasta County to the Central Valley. BOMA Sacramento is a federated affiliate of the Building Owners and Managers Association International and part of the BOMA California federation.

What We Do
As the recognized voice of commercial real estate, BOMA Sacramento is an advocate on local, state and national issues that impact our member’s ability to do business. Through our partnership with the Building Owners Managers Institute headquartered in Annapolis, Maryland, BOMA Sacramento offers a sterling Real Property Administrator (RPA) and Facilities Management Administrator (FMA) programs for professional development. BOMA Sacramento’s networking opportunities are second to none. BOMA Sacramento offers a myriad of prestigious networking events including eight educational networking luncheons, an annual golf tournament, a spring and summer special event and the end of the year holiday party. All of BOMA Sacramento’s events are linked to a giveback to our community by gathering donations for a local non-profit.
